Production steps:
Step 1: prepare materials
Step 2: sausages chopped, mushrooms chopped, a handful of scallions. The volume ratio of the three is 2:1:1
Step 3: add the egg white and stir slightly. The ratio of fish to pork is two to one. If the egg white is too much, add some starch, because the liquid ratio is too much, the ball is too soft, it is difficult to shape
Step 4: add sausage, mushroom, scallion, seasoning with oyster sauce and pepper.

Step 6: cut the wax gourd into small pieces

Step 9: when the water boils, all the balls float and expand to prove that they are ripe. Add salt to the soup and try the taste. It must be fresh. The soup will be ready before dinner tonight!
Step 10: put the meatballs and wax gourd in the casserole, and pour two spoonfuls of wax gourd meatball soup. A little more is OK, just don't overflow. Put the casserole on the fire for 5 minutes. Just boil a little water. The purpose is to heat the casserole to keep it warm. Sprinkle two corianders, cover the casserole, then open the casserole, it's hot.
