Guizhou spicy chicken horn
Introduction:
"Guizhou spicy chicken horn belongs to Yunnan Guizhou cuisine. Its main raw materials are chicken, green pepper / red pepper and onion. Its taste is spicy."
Production steps:
Step 1: half a chicken, wash.
Step 2: cut the chicken into pieces.
Step 3: prepare Douchi, Pixian Douban, coriander, slice scallion, slice ginger, slice garlic.
Step 4: prepare fried peanuts, onion and fresh red pepper.
Step 5: blanch the chicken in boiling water.
Step 6: put cooking wine and soy sauce.
Step 7: salt and marinate for 10 minutes.
Step 8: pour in the chicken oil.
Step 9: stir fry for 5 minutes, add onion, ginger and garlic.
Step 10: add Guizhou Douchi.
Step 11: put Pixian Douban and stir well.
Step 12: dry the pepper.
Step 13: add some salt and sugar, stir well.
Step 14: add the onion.
Step 15: put peanuts.
Step 16: add fresh red pepper.
Step 17: stir fry until the chicken is mature, add coriander and MSG, stir well.
Step 18: take out the pot and put it on the plate.
