Production steps:
Step 1: this time I chose Xinnong brand organic vegetables. Xinnong safe vegetables are all produced in my own vegetable base. Step 2: prepare the material. I used Xinnong's organic vegetables for the carrot of this dish.
Step 3: put the pork stuffing into a large bowl, add the minced green onion, minced ginger, salt, five spice powder, pepper, sesame oil and salt to the meat stuffing, and stir evenly in one direction.

Step 9: wrap each meatball with glutinous rice in turn. Put it on the carrot slices.
Step 10: add water to the steamer and steam over high heat for 25 minutes.

Note: 1. Soak glutinous rice in advance and absorb enough water. The steamed glutinous rice balls will not be too dry. 2. Meat is best used 3 fat 7 thin, because too fat to eat up will be greasy. 3.
