Minced pork with bean curd
Introduction:
"It's the family's favorite dish, minced meat and tofu!"
Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the ingredients and soak the tofu in water for a while.
Step 2: cut the tofu into small pieces (crushed by me on the way back), and pat two cloves of garlic on it.
Step 3: Chop pork into minced meat.
Step 4: cold pan oil, add minced meat stir fry a few times (so as to prevent minced meat from forming a lump).
Step 5: fire again, stir fry continuously, add appropriate amount of salt, stir fry minced meat until yellowish, then add garlic to stir fry until fragrant.
Step 6: add tofu again.
Step 7: add a bowl of water, bring to a boil over high heat and turn to low heat.
Step 8: mix the right amount of raw powder (salt, soy sauce, raw powder).
Step 9: stew until the water is dry, add in the raw powder, stir fry a few times over high heat.
Step 10: Sprinkle with scallions.

Note: 1. Cold pot oil, first stir fry the minced meat a few times and then fire, so that the minced meat is not easy to form a block
