Steamed pomfret
Introduction:
Pomfret is a kind of sea fish with flat body. Because of its few spines and tender meat, pomfret is also very suitable for children and the elderly. Pomfret has the effects of Supplementing Qi and blood, tonifying stomach and essence, smoothing joints, softening tendons and bones. It is very effective for dyspepsia, diarrhea due to spleen deficiency, anemia, and aching muscles and bones. Because the golden pomfret has few bones and tender meat, it should be steamed at least twice a month for the baby at home
Production steps:
Step 1: a fresh golden Pomfret. Generally, the stall owner will help to kill it. When you come back, you can clean up your internal organs.
Step 2: after cleaning, cut the fish on the front and back, put the fish on the plate, drop a few drops of rice wine, and evenly apply appropriate amount of salt on the front and back of the fish, marinate for about 5 minutes.
Step 3: prepare some shredded ginger and garlic.
Step 4: put part of the chopped ginger and garlic into the belly of the fish, and put the rest on the surface of the fish.
Step 5: boil some water in one pot, put the fish in the pot and steam for about 13 minutes.
Step 6: after the fish is steamed, heat the pan, add proper amount of oil and heat it to a high temperature.
Step 7: take out the steamed fish and drizzle with a large spoon of soy sauce.
Step 8: spread the chopped green onion, and then pour the peanut oil which is heated to high temperature.

Chives: two
Salt: right amount
Peanut oil: right amount
Soy sauce: right amount
Rice wine: a few drops
Precautions: 1. The processed fish can be marinated with salt and rice wine for about 5-10 minutes, but not too long, otherwise it will not be fresh. 2. Steamed fish should be eaten while it is hot, and it will turn fishy when it is cold.
