Haimi Geda Decoction
Introduction:
"Geda soup is made by every family. We prefer to use all kinds of seafood to improve our taste. When there is no fresh seafood, we use Haimi."
Production steps:
Step 1: prepare materials
Step 2: wash the sea rice with clean water to remove the floating ash, and then soak it with clean water;
Step 3: wash and dice the cabbage, share 4 cabbage sides;
Step 4: cut the scallion;
Step 5: put the right amount of oil in the frying pan, heat the oil, and put the scallion to burst out the fragrance;
Step 6: add the diced cabbage;
Step 7: stir fry evenly, put appropriate amount of water;
Step 8: add the sea rice and the water soaked in the sea rice, and bring to a boil;
Step 9: put the flour in the basin and stir it under the tiny running water;
Step 10: stir into snowflakes
Step 11: after boiling, stir in the dough lumps;
Step 12: put all the ingredients into the water and dry powder into it;
Step 13: stir with a spoon to avoid pasting the pot;
Step 14: boil for a while, pour in a broken egg;
Step 15: bring to a boil again, season with salt and serve.

Note: about 70% of flour is mixed in water. You can master it by doing it several times.
