Production steps:
Step 1: the method of milk yellow filling: beat 35g corn oil, 50g sugar and two eggs evenly, then pour 85g milk and stir well.

Step 12: after twice fermentation, brush with egg yolk. (add some water to the egg yolk, so the bread is bright and glossy)
Step 13: use black sesame to make eyes and mouth of snail.
Step 14: preheat the oven in advance, put the baking tray in the middle, 170 degrees, heat up and down, 20 minutes. Remember to observe the color in the middle and cover it with tin foil.
