Production steps:
Step 1: 12 pieces of hairy tofu.
Step 2: separate each one, rinse with clean water and drain.
Step 3: Chop onion, ginger and garlic.
Step 4: put 1 tbsp salt, half tbsp sugar, half tbsp chicken essence and a little water into a small bowl and mix well.

Step 6: add the tofu one by one and fry it in low heat.
