Introduction:
"Jixi Yipin pot, also known as Hu Shi Yipin pot, belongs to Hui cuisine, originated in Shangzhuang, Jixi County, Anhui Province. Taste: salty, slightly spicy, tender and delicious. Now Jixi yipinguo has become the representative dish of Anhui cuisine. What I'm doing today is purely a cottage version. I use the existing materials at home. Production steps:
Step 1: saute fish maw with oil and foam it with water.
Step 2: bring the water to a boil, pour in cooking wine, blanch the soaked fish maw until the water boils.
