Bandit tofu
Introduction:
"The fresh and juicy bandit tofu uses Hunan's chopped peppers. It's simple and tastes really good."
Production steps:
Step 1: cut tofu into large pieces about 6 mm thick and fry them in oil pan.
Step 2: when frying until both sides are yellow and crisp, add appropriate amount of water, soup essence and soy sauce.
Step 3: add in chopped meat and bring to a boil. Turn to low heat and simmer.
Step 4: when the juice is almost finished, add oyster sauce and take it out of the pot.
Materials required:
Tofu: 300g
Chopped pepper: 2 teaspoons
Soy sauce: right amount
Oyster sauce: right amount
Soup essence: proper amount
Note: 1, chopped pepper itself has salt flavor, oyster sauce also has, so the salt generally do not add or less. 2. It's more beautiful to sprinkle some scallions when you come out of the pot.
