Production steps:
Step 1: marinated tofu, the main ingredient of home style tofu.
Step 2: Pixian Douban sauce (there are many manufacturers of Pixian Douban sauce, some of which are delicious and some of which are not good. This one is good-looking in color, but the taste is different from that one in plain clothes).
Step 3: cut the bean curd into thin slices about 2cm in size and 1cm in thickness. Originally, I wanted to do something else, but I changed it temporarily. Otherwise, it would be made into a rectangle and look better.
Step 4: wash and dice the garlic, and cut the onion, ginger and garlic into pieces.

Step 6: fry on one side and turn over.
Step 7: wait until both sides are golden.
Step 8: stir fry onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant.
Step 9: push the tofu to the side with a shovel, and deep fry it with Pixian bean paste in the middle.
Step 10: then stir fry to make it color evenly.
Step 11: add garlic, cooking wine, soy sauce and chicken soup or water.

Note: 1. Pixian Douban sauce is very salty, and the taste of raw and old soy sauce is enough. But put more Douban sauce, less soy sauce, otherwise it will be salty. 2. If you want something extra spicy, you can put some dried chili sauce on it.
