Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: heat a pot of boiling water, add some salt and blanch the bean sprouts.
Step 2: take out the bean sprouts and drain the water.
Step 3: cut garlic into small pieces.
Step 4: cut the shallot into small pieces.
Step 5: put garlic and green onion into the bean sprouts, add salt, fresh shellfish, chicken essence, sugar, sesame oil, vinegar and chilli.
Step 6: stir evenly.

Vinegar: right amount

Laoganma pepper: moderate
Sesame oil: appropriate amount
Garlic: right amount
Note: I like to put more vinegar in cold bean sprouts. It's cool with hot and sour taste!
