Introduction:
"Mixed vermicelli is made by mixing cooked vermicelli with a variety of fried vegetables. In the Korean era, guanghaijun (1608-1623) asked: "when there was no food worth eating, the person named Li Zhong made her a dish of mixed vermicelli. Guanghaijun was very satisfied with the taste of the dish, so he gave Li Zhong a very generous reward."
Production steps:
Step 1: dry the beef with cotton cloth, cut into silk (45g) about 6cm long, 0.3cm wide and 0.3cm thick, and stir with 1 / 2 of the seasoning. Soak Lentinus edodes and Auricularia auricula in water for about 1 hour. Cut Lentinus edodes into 0.3cm wide and 0.3cm thick silk (28g). Tear Auricularia auricula leaf by leaf (18G). Stir with 1 / 2 of seasoning sauce. Rub and wash cucumbers, peel and cut into 0.3cm wide silk. Wash and peel carrots, cut into 5-6cm long, 0.3cm wide and 0.3cm thick silk. Step 2: cut Platycodon grandiflorum and cucumber into silk of the same size (26G), rub and wash with salt for about 1 minute to remove bitterness, peel and wash onion, and cut into silk of the same size as cucumber. The head and tail of mung bean sprouts were removed. (26G). Fry the yolk and white egg skin and cut into silk about 4cm wide and 0.3cm thick.
Step 3: add a little cooking oil in the pan, stir fry beef, mushrooms and fungus for about 2 minutes. Add a little cooking oil in the pan, stir fry cucumber and carrot for about 30 seconds. Stir fry Platycodon grandiflorum and onion for about 2 minutes.
Step 4: pour water into the pot, boil for about 2 minutes, add salt and mung bean sprouts when boiling, blanch for about 2 minutes, drain the water (24g) with sieve, add mung bean sprout seasoning and stir. Pour water into the pan and cook for about 2 minutes. When boiling, add vermicelli and cook for about 8 minutes. Then remove the vermicelli and cut them into 20cm long strips. Add seasoning sauce and stir. Put a little oil in the pan and add vermicelli and stir for about 2 minutes. Put vermicelli together with the prepared materials and stir evenly. Then put on the yellow and white egg skin as a dish.
