Production steps:
Step 1: prepare materials.
Step 2: peel and core litchi, cut towel gourd and yellow sweet pepper into pieces.

Note: when you buy Luffa, you must choose the hard one, so that the Luffa is fresh. It's better to choose the loofah which is not so good-looking in my picture. It's better than the loofah which is long and straight. Try not to use iron pot to fry loofah, otherwise it is easy to turn black.
