Production steps:

Step 9: put the remaining 1 / 3 mango dice into the pudding liquid.
Step 10: pour the pudding liquid into the prepared mold (because the pudding mold of my family is too small, so I use a cup instead of the pudding mold), cover it with plastic film and refrigerate it for about 2 hours.
Materials required:
Mango: 500g
Milk: 250ml
Light cream: 120ml
Warm water: 60ml
Fish glue powder: 15g
White granulated sugar: 45g
Note: bean mother tips: 1, the best use of imported fish glue powder (about 80-100 yuan a box), do not recommend using domestic fish glue powder, because there is a fishy smell. 2. Fish glue powder can not be replaced by Geely Ding powder, Geely Ding tablets, jelly powder bought in supermarket, or QQ sugar. 3. I don't sift the mango pulp in this pudding, but it will bring a little mango fiber. If you like the taste is very smooth, you can sift the pulp, but I do not recommend sifting, because it is better to bring some coarse fiber things to the stomach. 4. People have different tastes. If you think the sugar is not sweet enough, you can pour some sweet cream when eating
