Stir fried balsam pear with bacon

Production steps:
Step 1: slice bacon, cut garlic and rice, set aside.
Step 2: slice balsam pear and set aside.

Note: just put a little sugar to adjust the taste. Don't put too much sugar, otherwise it will affect the taste of balsam pear. If you are afraid of bitterness, blanch the balsam pear and stir fry it again. Remove the inner white film, which will also reduce the bitterness.
