Chicken with Scallion Oil
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: half a chicken and a handful of green onions
Step 2: marinate the chicken for 1 hour with a small amount of salt, 1 tbsp delicious soy sauce and a small amount of onion and ginger
Step 3: steam the pickled chicken in a steamer, turn the water to a low heat and steam for 15 minutes
Step 4: heat up the wok, add oil and scallion, fry slowly over low heat until scallion is white and yellowish
Step 5: add the scallion section, continue to fry slowly over low heat until all the scallion sections are yellow, then take out the scallion, fill in the scallion oil and set aside
Step 6: take out the steamed chicken and chop it
Step 7: two soup of delicious soy sauce, a small tablespoon of chicken soup, a small tablespoon of scallion oil into juice, pour on the chicken

Delicious soy sauce: 3 tbsp

Note: 1. Steam half chicken for 15 minutes, if the whole chicken needs to extend the steaming time. 2. It's better to use shallot oil, so that the shallot oil can be fragrant
