Chicken with mushroom
Introduction:
"I like the mushroom and chicken nuggets, and add the Pleurotus eryngii in it. It's delicious and nutritious."
Production steps:
Step 1: half of the chicken, clean. Chop it up.
Step 2: chop the chicken, add 2 tbsp onion and soy sauce, mix well and marinate for 15 minutes.
Step 3: wash Pleurotus eryngii and cut into strips.
Step 4: cut mushrooms into wide strips.
Step 5: cut green pepper, red pepper and shredded ginger.
Step 6: stir fry shredded ginger in oil.
Step 7: add chicken to stir fry until discoloration, add soy sauce, stir fry and color.
Step 8: add Pleurotus eryngii and stir well.
Step 9: add proper amount of boiling water, bring to a boil, turn to low heat and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
Step 10: add mushrooms and fry until cooked.
Step 11: add red pepper and green pepper slices, add a little salt and stir well.
Step 12: load the disc.

Ginger: 10g
Onion: 20g
Soy sauce: 1 tbsp

Note: 1. Stir fry chicken until eight mature, stew time according to personal taste. 2. Raw soy sauce is salty. Add less salt. Old style is coloring, according to personal preference.
