Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: cut the carrot into short strips.
Step 2: put shredded carrots and flour into a large bowl.
Step 3: break in an egg.
Step 4: add a spoonful of salt.
Step 5: add a spoonful of thirteen spice powder.
Step 6: stir while pouring water until it is pasty.
Step 7: remember to stir in one direction, so that you can chew hard noodles. Stir for at least two to three minutes.
Step 8: thinness and consistency should be able to hold chopsticks at least. If you like to eat hard, the batter is thicker; if you like soft taste, the batter is thinner.
Step 9: put oil in the pot and heat it over high heat. Put more oil, at least 5cm from the bottom of the pot. In this way, the batter will not float.
Step 10: when the oil is hot to eight minutes (when the lampblack is relatively large), switch to medium fire. Spoon the batter into the oil.
Step 11: you can pour more than one.
Step 12: after frying, turn over with chopsticks and continue to fry.
Step 13: deep fry until golden, then you can take out the pot.
