Panda Cookies
Introduction:
"Kung Fu Panda 2 is a hot movie recently, so I made a panda biscuit to eat this weekend when I had nothing to do. Because it was the first time I made it, I deliberately reduced the amount of raw materials. About 20 pieces of biscuits were made."
Production steps:
Step 1: the raw materials will be displayed collectively first.
Step 2: soften the butter naturally, or microwave for 30 seconds.
Step 3: add sugar powder.
Step 4: add the eggs.
Step 5: mix well.
Step 6: add flour and mix well.
Step 7: knead into dough.
Step 8: divide the dough into 1:2:2.5, 3 portions.
Step 9: add cocoa powder, starch and Matcha powder respectively. Knead into a smooth dough.
Step 10: divide the cocoa dough into 5 parts, 1:1:1:1:0.8 < br > starch dough into 3 parts, 1:1.5:2 < br > Matcha dough into 2 parts, the ratio is 1:3.
Step 11: knead the strip with the same length.
Step 12: press 1% starch dough flat and wrap it on 0.8% cocoa dough. This is the mouth of a panda.
Step 13: spread on 1.5% starch dough.
Step 14: take two 1's Cocoa dough and put them on both sides. These are panda's eyes.
Step 15: spread 2 starch dough on the top, then 1 Matcha dough on the top, the remaining 2 cocoa dough on both sides, these two are panda ears. The middle Matcha noodle is the gap between the two ears.
Step 16: This is a front view with clear layers.
Step 17: roll the last 3 of Matcha dough flat and wrap it on the outside of the whole dough.
Step 18: This is wrapped.
Step 19: take a front view.
Step 20: take the safety film and put it in the freezer for about 20 minutes.
Step 21: after 20 minutes, remove and slice.
Step 22: when cutting, the dough is not very hard, so the shape is not good-looking. You can make each shape by hand before you put it in the oven.
Step 23: bake for 20 minutes (400 degrees Fahrenheit) and see how cute it is.
Step 24: one more.
Materials required:
Butter: 50g
Egg: 1
Flour: 80g
Sugar powder: 10g
Green tea powder: 5g
Cocoa powder: 5g
Starch: 5g
Note: 1: at that time, my family did not have cocoa powder, I took coffee instead, but the effect is not good, because the coffee grains are too large, not easy to rub in. 2: Make sure the dough is frozen in the fridge for more than 20 minutes. Make sure it's hard before slicing.
