Introduction:
"On Sunday, my son went to skill training. I had a bowl of noodles outside at noon. In the evening, I cooked at home. Production steps:
Step 1: pictures of ingredients.
Step 2: peel the lean pork, wash it and cut it into small pieces.

Step 10: leave proper amount of vegetable oil in the original pot, add minced meat and stir fry quickly.
Step 11: cook the cooking wine, add soy sauce, sugar and refined salt and stir fry until scattered.
Step 12: add onion, ginger and soup.
Step 13: pour in the water bamboo sticks and bring to a boil. Change to medium heat and cook until the juice is dry.
Step 14: add monosodium glutamate, drizzle with sesame oil, turn the pan and put on the plate.

Note: 1. Choose Tender Zizania latifolia, old Zizania latifolia must be peeled; cut evenly. 2. It is not necessary to fry the water bamboo in the oil pan for home-made products.
