Production steps:
Step 1: prepare materials.
Step 2: soften butter, add sugar powder, stir well, no need to beat.
Step 3: add 1 spoonful of egg liquid and stir well.
Step 4: pour in chopped dried cranberries.
Step 5: mix the cranberry and butter well.
Step 6: pour in the powder and stir well.
Step 7: knead the dough by hand.
Step 8: shape the dough into a cuboid about 6cm wide and 4cm high by hand, and freeze it in the refrigerator until hard (about 1 hour).
Step 9: cut the frozen dough into 0.7cm thick slices with a knife.

Note: Cranberry can also be replaced by raisins, cherries, etc. This biscuit butter doesn't need to be whipped. When the biscuit germ is put into the baking tray, the gap between biscuits should be larger, because it will expand when baking. The gap in my step diagram is small, and many biscuits are even gone. If there is no powdered sugar, you can use a blender to beat the white granulated sugar into powdered sugar.
