Dragon Boat Festival. Red bean dumplings
Introduction:
"This zongzi is what a colleague wants to eat. She doesn't like other zongzi, so she conveniently made 20 for her."
Production steps:
Step 1: wash and soak red beans for one night.
Step 2: wash and soak glutinous rice for several hours.
Step 3: mix the soaked glutinous rice and red beans together, add edible alkali and mix well.
Step 4: take two leaves of rice dumpling and roll them into funnel shape.
Step 5: load the mixed rice and compact it.
Step 6: press both sides of the leaves with your fingers.
Step 7: fold the rice dumpling leaves above to cover the rice material, and press the rice dumpling leaves on both sides tightly with your fingers.
Step 8: fold up the growing leaves.
Step 9: bind zongzi with brown hemp.
Step 10: cut off the extra leaves.
Step 11: soak the wrapped rice dumplings in clean water. When all the rice dumplings are wrapped, add the water without rice dumplings. The pressure cooker is in high fire. Steam up and continue to cook for 25 minutes. Turn off the fire and take them out for consumption after cooling.
