Production steps:
Step 1: put all the dough ingredients (high flour 220 g Sugar 35 g milk 125 ml salt 1 / 4 tsp olive oil 15 ml yeast 1 tsp) into the toaster.
Step 2: knead and ferment with bread machine program 8, stir into a dough with extensibility and ferment.
Step 3: fermentation is completed in one hour.
Step 4: pour the dough on the panel sprinkled with hand powder to exhaust.
Step 5: divide into three parts, roll round, cover with wet gauze and relax for 15 minutes.
Step 6: take a ball and roll it into a cake.
Step 7: wrap in purple potato stuffing.
Step 8: tighten the necking by hand.
Step 9: roll it into a round cake.
Step 10: roll up.
Step 11: put it into the toast mold.
Step 12: cover the green bread with wet gauze and put it in the oven (between 30 ℃ and 40 ℃) for secondary fermentation.
Step 13: after 60 minutes, the fermentation is completed and the egg liquid is brushed on.
Step 14: put into the preheated oven.
Step 15: bake at 190 ℃ for 30 minutes (cover with tin foil midway), remove and demould.
