Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: put all the dough ingredients (milk 240 ml, olive oil 45 ml, salt 5 ml, sugar 30 ml, high gluten flour 750 mL, yeast 1 teaspoon) into the toaster.
Step 2: knead and ferment with bread machine program 8, stir into a dough with extensibility and ferment.
Step 3: fermentation is completed in one hour.

Step 6: take a portion and roll it into a round cake, then wrap it with bean paste.

Step 8: cover the plastic film and put it in the oven (between 30 ℃ and 40 ℃) for secondary fermentation.
Step 9: after 50 minutes, the fermentation is finished and the milk is brushed on.

Step 11: 190 degrees, about 20 minutes.
