Production steps:
Step 1: soak dried Lentinus edodes in warm water and cut into filaments.
Step 2: do not pour out the water for soaking mushrooms, filter out the impurities and set aside.
Step 3: add water to boil in the pot, add oil gluten, flatten it with a shovel, soften it, and drain the water immediately.
Step 4: pour oil into the frying pan, add star anise, add mushrooms and stir fry a few times.
Step 5: add oil and gluten, stir fry, add dried pepper, 1 teaspoon oyster sauce, appropriate amount of rock sugar, a small amount of soy sauce and salt seasoning.
Step 6: stir fry evenly, add water to soak mushrooms, and simmer for 5 minutes. Add a few drops of sesame oil and onion powder.
