Basking in the warm sun and blowing the gentle spring breeze, feel the flexibility of life in nature This spring, we are facing each other from north to south. With my thoughts and his favorite chocolate ball made for him, we can feel the spring and the happiness together with him along the footprints we have gone through. "
Production steps:
Step 1: prepare chocolate, potatoes, coconut powder and pine nuts.
Step 2: wash the potatoes, cut them into thick slices and steam them in a steamer.
Step 3: break the chocolate into small pieces and put it into a clean heat-resistant bowl. Prepare another slightly larger heat-resistant bowl, pour in hot water about 60-70 degrees, and then put it into the chocolate bowl. Drain until the chocolate melts.
Step 4: peel the steamed soft potatoes, press them into mud with a spoon, pour in coconut powder twice, and stir evenly in one direction.
Step 5: then pour the shelled pine nuts into the mashed potatoes and stir well.
Step 6: knead the mashed potatoes into a ball of the same size and put them into a bowl.
Step 7: pour the chocolate sauce on the mashed potatoes, set aside, wait for the upper half of the chocolate ball to dry, turn over another sphere and pour the chocolate sauce.
Step 8: when the chocolate turned over is wet, use a small fork to scratch back and forth on the surface of the Chocolate Ball, pull out the irregular texture, make the chocolate more dynamic, and wait until the chocolate ball is dry.
Materials required:
Meiji milk chocolate: 65g
Potatoes: 2
Coconut powder: 20g
Pine nuts: 100g
Note: 1, melt chocolate water temperature need not be too hot, 60-70 degrees just right, too high temperature will lead to chocolate oil-water separation. 2. Adding coconut powder can not only enhance aroma, but also make mashed potatoes more delicate and melt in the mouth. 3. Chocolate is very hard to dry. I have to wait for the chocolate to dry completely before turning the other side. Otherwise, it is easy to deform. It took me five hours to make four chocolate balls. I must be patient.
