Color nutritious oil-free bean paste moon cake (no need to bake)
Introduction:
"I like moon cakes, but I don't like their greasiness. All along, I have been using white bean sandbags, especially its delicate and white, which inspired my creative inspiration. Use the basic primary color to make different patterns with the mold. Ah! It turns out that such a magic ball of ordinary bean paste can become so beautiful. On this basis, the elements of color are added, and the ever-changing moon cakes are born. "
Production steps:
Step 1: the previous photo has been deleted because of the lack of memory in the mobile phone. Wash the beans with water, soak them overnight and peel them off (I peel them one by one by hand, which is very good). Wash them and put them into a non stick pressure cooker. The water is lower than the beans. I boil them for 20 minutes, take out the pan, drain the water, then pour the cooked beans into the non stick frying pan, put in a proper amount of soft sugar (according to the taste), and grind them with a large spoon Press into mud until there is no granule, then put it out for standby.
Step 2: I first use the primary color mold (mold into the cooked powder fried in advance, shake out the remaining powder) button out the model.
Step 3: I used three kinds of vegetable powder: green tea powder, tomato powder, Beet Powder and white bean paste, and made the other three different color shapes of bean paste moon cake. Will buckle out of the finished product with a knife bottom swing plate (otherwise will leave fingerprints).
