Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: wash the rainbow. If you touch it or keep it open all the time, it's dead. You must throw it away.
Cut the carrot and celery into pieces (the picture shows the leftover carrot shreds made at noon, so it's slices), and cut the onion into rings.
Take a large pot and heat the oil. Stir fry the onion, carrot and celery until fragrant.
Step 2: pour Haihong into the pot and stir fry it.
Step 3: when the shell is almost open, pour in 150ml of black beer.
This is my black beer. It's absolutely different from the others.
Step 4: wait for the wine to evaporate slightly. Add water. Basically not all the rainbow. Then pour in the dry seasoning.
Step 5: add the cream. According to their own taste can be more or less. Not at all. More flavor, more natural. If you don't give it, it's very light.
Step 6: cover and simmer for a few minutes until all the shells are open. Always throw away the ones that don't open. It's dead. You can't eat it.
Finally add salt, pepper, taste, you can out of the pot.
