Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: soak the dried squid in cold water in advance.
Step 2: remove the cartilage from the foam squid, as shown in the figure; then wash the squid. (it's hard to take out the dried squid before it's soaked)
Step 3: this time, you don't need a flower cutter, just cut the squid into three large pieces, and then cut it into small strips (the squid tastes crispy and fragrant); wash and chop the parsley; prepare a proper amount of fragrant tofu.
Step 4: wash the spareribs, blanch them in boiling water, drain and take them out.
Step 5: take appropriate amount of Japonica Rice (rice) and wash it.
Step 6: put the boiled ribs in, add appropriate amount of water and ginger.
Step 7: cover the pressure cooker and cook it over high heat. When you hear the sound of Shhh, turn down the heat and cook for about 8 minutes. (this kind of spareribs is very crispy.)
Step 8: heat the oil in a hot pan, put the squid in and quickly saute until the squid rolls.
Step 9: add some refined salt, stir fry quickly and set aside. This kind of squid tastes crispy and fragrant. (in fact, this process only takes a few seconds. Squid can't explode for a long time. When it's rolled up, the fire can be turned off, otherwise it's too old and hard.)
Step 10: when the gas in the pressure cooker is gone, open the lid of the cooker, add appropriate amount of refined salt and mix well. (if you want to open it quickly, you can cover it repeatedly with a wet towel)
Step 11: open fire, boil the porridge, and then put the fried squid in to cook. (don't cook for too long, otherwise the squid will harden and affect the taste)

Step 13: stir in the right amount of pepper.
Step 14: add appropriate amount of parsley, chicken essence and winter vegetables, boil and turn off the heat. (don't cook winter vegetables too long to avoid souring and affecting the taste)
