Production steps:
Step 1: wash and dry the flower glue.

Step 5: rinse the fried flower glue with water once, put it in a basin and soak it with water and ginger slices for 12 hours.

Step 7: chop the chicken into small pieces and remove part of the chicken oil and skin.
Step 8: remove the core of longan and red jujube (it is hot and dry with core) for standby.

Step 10: cut the foam into small pieces.
