Production steps:
Step 1: soak the dry bran in cold water and rinse it repeatedly under the tap to remove the beany smell. After squeezing the water, cut it into 2 cm square pieces.
Step 2: bring to a boil with cold water, put in the bran, cook for 2 minutes, then take it out, rinse with cold water and squeeze out the water completely.
