Introduction:
"Wuzhimaotao", formerly known as wuzhaolong, is known as "Guangdong ginseng". It is named because its leaves are like five fingers and its fruit is like a peach when it matures. Its root as medicine, can Yiqi Jianpi, expectorant dampness, Shujin Huoluo. It can be used to make soup with pig bone and chicken to remove heat and dampness. Cattle vigorously grow in the deep mountains and valleys, sweet smell, mild nature, with the effect of strengthening yang, nourishing kidney and tonifying deficiency, strengthening tendons and activating collaterals, smoothing liver and moistening lung. It has good therapeutic effect on kidney deficiency, Qi deficiency, backache and leg pain, rheumatism, chronic hepatitis, bronchitis, cough, tuberculosis, etc. Suitable for: kidney deficiency, poor blood gas, rheumatism, bone pain, frequent cough, acute and chronic bronchitis, smoking and kitchen fume inhalation. Production steps:
Step 1: select 2 pig fan bones (both spine and clavicle bones) and rinse them.
Step 2: put the washed fan bone into boiling water to remove the blood.
Step 3: rinse the fan bone again to remove the foam.
Step 4: prepare the five finger peach, niudali, fig and medlar.
Step 5: wash it with water, then soak it for two or three minutes, and then wash it again.
Step 6: wash the wolfberry and wait for use.
Step 7: put 7 bowls of water on a tile pot, and put pig bone, beef, five finger peach and fig in cold water. The fire is boiling.
Step 8: bring to a boil over high heat, remove the froth and turn to low heat for 2 hours.
Step 9: simmer for about 2 hours, then add Lycium barbarum and continue to simmer for about half an hour.
Step 10: after cooking, add salt to taste. If you like, you can add a little sugar to make it fresh.
