Production steps:
Step 1: dissolve the yeast with a little warm water and pour into the flour. Add a little water to the flour and mix it into flocs.
Step 2: make smooth dough and wake up for about 20 minutes (I put it on the heater).
Step 3: mix sesame paste with mineral water.
Step 4: roll the dough into thin slices with a thickness of about 4 mm (the dough has not yet started, but it's softened).
Step 5: spread sesame paste evenly.
Step 6: roll long strips.
Step 7: cut into the right size segments.
Step 8: stand up and squash.
Step 9: do not stick pot brush a small amount of oil, put on the cake, cover, slow fire.
Step 10: turn the cake over and cook it.

Flour: 200g
Yeast: 2G
Warm water: About 100ml
Mash: three bags about 170 grams
Note: 1. Sesame paste should be thickened to keep the stuffing out after the cake is cut. 2. I think the amount of sesame paste is a little too much and too sweet. I suggest you adjust it according to your preference.
