Production steps:

Step 3: Boil the strawberries over a high heat. Bring the strawberries to the water. Turn the heat down after boiling. Remember to scrape the bottom of the pot and stir from time to time to avoid pasting the pot.
Step 4: cook until the strawberry juice is thick.
Step 5: put it into a container, air it to 70% heat, cover it and seal it, turn it upside down until it is completely air cooled, and refrigerate it.
