Steamed scallop with vermicelli and minced garlic
Introduction:
"Because GG and I love scallops very much, we learned this dish and made it at home. The price of scallops on the market is generally 6-10 yuan per scallop. If you make them by yourself, the average price is 1-2 yuan per scallop. It's very cost-effective. "
Production steps:
Step 1: first, soak the vermicelli in water for about 30 minutes, then roll the vermicelli into a circle and put them into the shell of each scallop, < br > secondly, wash the scallops and put them on top of the vermicelli.
Marinate each scallop with a little cooking wine for about 5-10 minutes.
Step 2: at the same time, chop the garlic into minced garlic, put a little olive oil in the pot, put in minced garlic, when the minced garlic is about 7 mature, add a little salt, stir fry and remove from the pot. Add the steamed fish soy sauce into the garlic and stir well. I use Lee Kam Kee's and it tastes good.
Step 3: place the pickled scallops on the steamer, and divide the garlic and soy sauce evenly on each scallop.
Cover and steam for 10-15 minutes.
