Braised spare ribs with water bamboo

Production steps:
Step 1: blanch the spareribs, remove and cut the water bamboo into sections.
Step 2: heat oil, saute onion and ginger, add Chinese prickly ash, soy sauce and red pepper, then stir fry spareribs.
Step 3: pour in soy sauce, stir fry with rock sugar, and wrap the ribs with soy sauce.
