Production steps:
Step 1: a piece of tofu, a piece of pork with fat, ready-made minced meat is better. Rinse mushrooms and soak them in warm water. Don't pour out the water. Two more peppers and one green onion.
Step 2: cut mushrooms, cut pork, add some fat diced meat, all thin, not very fragrant. Cut onion and pepper into sections.
Step 3: heat the oil in the pot, add scallion and pepper, and saute until fragrant.
Step 4: stir fry the minced meat. Marinate the minced meat with a little salt in advance. If you don't marinate the minced meat in advance, add a little salt when stir frying.
Step 5: stir fry minced meat until discolored, pour in mushrooms, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, a little oyster sauce (no or no), stir fry and color.
Step 6: divide the tofu into small pieces in your hand, and the small pieces fall into the pot naturally.
Step 7: gently push the bean curd pieces with the tools of cooking, and let the bean curd pieces dip in the soup. If there is more oil in the pot, the process can be a little longer, and the fried bean curd is a little yellow, which is more delicious. Don't use a spoon to turn over the bean curd.
Step 8: when the tofu is colored, add half a bowl of water and about 2 grams of salt. Pour the water that soaked the mushrooms into the pot. Bring to a boil over high heat and simmer for 10 minutes. You can also omit the seventh step, add tofu directly after adding water, water and then add some soy sauce, stew, juice.
Step 9: finished product: Sprinkle with Scallion after serving, slightly spicy and delicious, and the soup is delicious.
