Step 1: ribs 500g; scallion 5g; ginger 10g; vinegar 4 tbsp; cooking oil 1 tbsp; rock sugar 4,5 pieces; soy sauce 1 tbsp; soy sauce 2 tbsp; cooking wine 1 tbsp; salt appropriate.
