Squid whiskers with ginger slices
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: main and auxiliary materials: squid whiskers, ginger, pepper seasoning: oil, salt, monosodium glutamate, cooking wine, vinegar, onion
Step 2: slice the squid with a knife. Cut and reserve.
Step 3: slice ginger and pepper.
Step 4: boil water in a pan and add proper amount of cooking wine. Put in spare squid whiskers. Blanch for about 1 minute.
Step 5: scald thoroughly and remove.

Step 7: stir fry the squid evenly. Add salt and monosodium glutamate to taste.
Step 8: last few drops of vinegar.
Step 9: stir well, then turn off the heat.
Step 10: take out the pot and put it on the table.

Note: 1, cut thin as well. 2. When blanching, put some cooking wine to help deodorize.
