Steamed Abalone with minced garlic in XO Sauce
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: prepare all the ingredients first.
Step 2: Chop garlic and ginger and dice onion.
Step 3: turn the pan to low heat, pour in a little olive oil, add ginger and garlic, and stir gently
Step 4: add a little salt, XQ sauce and pepper.
Step 5: stir evenly to turn off the engine.
Step 6: remove the abalone with a knife after thawing, clean the internal organs, drain the water and put it back into the shell.
Step 7: add proper amount of water into the steamer and bring to a boil. Add the washed abalone.
Step 8: steam for about seven minutes.
Step 9: open the lid, add XO sauce, cover the lid and turn off the fire.
Step 10: Sprinkle with scallions before eating.

XO sauce: 1 teaspoon
Salt: right amount
Pepper: right amount
Note: 1, abalone does not have to steam too long, will affect the taste. 2. XQ sauce itself is salty, so don't put too much salt.
