Introduction:
Production steps:
Step 1: slice the beef and marinate it with marinade (about 20 minutes).

Step 2: prepare shredded ginger, onion and pepper.
Step 3: prepare the sauce. (see details of ingredients)
Step 4: wash the vegetables.
Step 5: adjust the water and starch.
Step 6: add proper amount of water to the frying pan, bring to a boil, add a little edible oil and salt, cook the vegetables and set aside.
Step 7: put proper amount of oil in the frying pan, heat it, oil the cured beef, change color and quickly remove it from the pan.
Step 8: leave a little oil in the frying pan, stir fry the onion, ginger and pepper until fragrant.
