Production steps:
Step 1: get all the materials ready.
Step 2: wash the cucumber and cut it into long pieces.

Step 6: add water to the pan and bring to a boil.
Step 7: after boiling water, put in cucumber and cook over medium heat for about 3 minutes.

Step 9: brew the cut Japanese tofu into the cucumber ring. This process must be careful. Japanese tofu is very delicate. If you are not careful, the tofu will break.
Step 10: put the cucumber into the dish neatly.
Step 11: put the cucumber in the pot with boiling water.
Step 12: cover the pan and steam over high heat for 8-10 minutes.
