Step 1: prepare the red pond first.
Step 2: prepare the big red dates. I don't like them. If I like them, I will soak them for several hours.
Step 3: prepare dried roses and Pu'er tea.
Step 4: Boil the cinnamon in hot water for more than 10 minutes.
Step 5: just take out the cinnamon water, enlarge the jujube, and add it to Caotang. Hongtang is adjusted according to my own taste. I don't like Hongtang very much, so I put it very little.
Step 6: after the tea is boiled, add Pu'er tea and dried rose, turn down the heat and cook for about 30 minutes. After cooling, put it in the refrigerator to cool, according to their own capacity. I don't like very ice, which is not good for digestive function of intestines and stomach, so I dare not drink with too ice.
