Production steps:
Step 1: Ingredients: 8 Liang mung bean sprouts, 2 liang mushrooms and 1 green pepper
Step 2: wash mung bean sprouts and set aside. (if you have time, you can pinch the root of the bean sprout. It's more beautiful. If you don't have time, I only pinch part of it.)
Step 3: wash and dice mushrooms, chop green peppers and ginger
Step 4: make a bowl of sauce: mix half a spoonful of sugar, a spoonful of salt, a spoonful of soy sauce, a spoonful of starch and half a bowl of water
Step 5: boil water in the pot, add mung bean sprouts, and add half a teaspoon of salt
