Introduction:
"I often feel greasy when eating meat in summer. When stewing meat, I put some black tea to make it refreshing."
Production steps:
Step 1: chop the spareribs into small pieces about two fingers wide, add salt, soy sauce, cornmeal, cooking wine, mix well and marinate for 15 minutes
Step 2: soak the teabag into a cup of strong tea water with boiling water and set it aside. Pick up the teabag and throw it away. Cut the lemon peel into shreds and set it aside
Step 3: heat up the oil, saute the ginger and garlic, then pour the spareribs into the pot, add star anise, cinnamon and lemon peel, stir fry the spareribs until the color changes, pour the black tea water into the pot, bring to a boil over high heat, turn the medium heat to simmer for about 20 minutes, and then serve after the soup thickens
Materials required:
Ribs: 300g
Black tea bag: 2 bags
Ginger: several pieces
Garlic: two pieces
Star anise: right amount
Cinnamon: moderate
Lemon peel: right amount
Note: it's best to choose small ribs with a little fat to make this dish, so the ribs won't be too dry, full of tea flavor, and light lemon fragrance, and won't feel greasy. If you like to eat braised pork, you can also try to change the ribs into streaky pork, the ingredients and methods remain unchanged, compared with the traditional method of braised pork, more tea flavor, less greasy, it's also delicious
