Production steps:
Step 1: dice the chicken and marinate it with salt, ginger, cooking wine, pepper, soy sauce, oyster sauce and a little cornstarch for about 10 minutes.
Step 2: peel the pumpkin first, then cut and remove the capsule as shown in the picture.
Step 3: heat the oil in the pan, stir fry the chicken over high heat until it changes color, add some soy sauce, and then put it into the pumpkin.
Step 4: cover the pumpkin and steam for about 15 minutes.
Step 5: when it's time to poke the pumpkin with chopsticks, you can get out of the pot.
Step 6: change the pumpkin to a wider plate for easy cutting.
Step 7: cut the pumpkin with a fruit knife and garnish with shredded green onion.
