Production steps:
Step 1: first, put the whole tofu in boiling water for a while, so as to reduce the amount of broken tofu.
Step 2: cut the tofu into pieces, not too thin, 1-2 cm thick; cut the red pepper into small pieces, and cut the onion, ginger and garlic into powder for use.
Step 3: put oil in the pot, which is similar to the usual amount. After the oil is hot, add tofu and turn it over, so that the tofu is stained with oil, but not too often. 1-2 times is better. Then put in the old Ganma (appropriate amount) turn one by one, and then put in a little water, not too much water, almost half a shovel is good. After boiling, add the salt in turn, let the salt evenly distributed, then in turn into the pepper section, ginger, garlic, onion. Cover it for three minutes, turn it over, put in some green onion powder, and then cover it for another minute.

Medium tender tofu: one piece

Garlic: right amount
Note: there are three kinds of tofu on the market: old tofu, tender tofu and extra tender tofu. Here we use the tender tofu in the middle.
