Production steps:
Step 1: Materials: snowflake pear Chuanbei (mine is Chuanbei powder), Siraitia grosvenorii, red dates, ginger, honey and rock sugar.
Step 2: peel the pear.
Step 3: make a pear paste.
Step 4: just wipe the pot directly, it's easy.
Step 5: wash the Siraitia grosvenorii, cut the red dates, slice the ginger, throw the scallops and rock sugar into the pear paste.
Step 6: open fire and go Goo Goo, Goo Goo for an hour.
Step 7: for the plump pear paste, filter out the pear water in all kinds of ways; at last, I filter it with gauze, which is fast and good, and easy to use, but I need to prepare more pieces.
Step 8: finally, continue to boil the filtered pear water on the fire until it is thick, a little like honey, but a little thinner than honey. Turn off the fire, cool, add honey, mix well, bottle and drink slowly.
