Grilled wings with tomato juice & French fries
Introduction:
"Children may like sweet and sour chicken wings and black pepper chips."
Production steps:
Step 1: wash the chicken wings, marinate them with 2 tbsp salt, 30ml soy sauce, 20ml cooking wine, 10ml sugar, shredded ginger and minced garlic for one day, remove the juice and shredded ginger and minced garlic, add 60ml tomato sauce and 20ml sugar and marinate for another hour
Step 2: after slicing potatoes, cut them into strips with a flower cutter
